Stakeholder Management Plan

The Stakeholder Management Plan outlines the necessary processes for identifying the individuals, groups, or organizations that may influence or be affected by the project. Stakeholder Management is the proactive process of identifying, understanding and influencing key individuals and groups to increase their readiness for accepting project changes and, thus, yield successful project results.
